Features

Measuring angle with imaging technology

The high-definition Charge Coupled Device (CCD) camera imaging technology is implemented to capture the image of the powder pile. Parameters, like the angle of spatula, angle of fall, angle of repose, etc. are achieved with good repeatability and high accuracy through the exclusive image processing technology.

Compact design

The PowderPro A1 can be used to achieve nine quantified items, such as the angle of spatula, angle of fall, angle of repose, cohesion, bulk density, dispersibility, voidage, tapped density, sieve size and five calculated items, such as the angle of difference, uniformity, compressibility, floodability index, flowability index, all with a single instrument.

Data communication

An electronic balance is linked to the instrument and the weight data can be captured by the control system for additional data processing and calculation.

Unique data output

The mini-printer of the PowderPro A1 is easy and efficient to print the measurement data in a timely manner.

Advanced technology of tapped density

The tapped density is obtained via the perfect combination of variable frequency and rotary vibration technology. The vibration frequency of 50 to 300 times per minute can be constantly adjusted; vibration amplitude of 3 or 14 mm can be chosen. When vibration occurs, the cylinder is in an even rotation state, which ensures the horizontal powder surface and enhances the reading precision.

Automatic control technology

Completely automatic computer or mobile control guarantees simple usage and quick operation. Precise and reliable outcomes can be achieved with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

One app. Multiple devices

Powder Tester App, for tablets and smartphones, is the only App available in the powder characteristic market. It has been developed to provide users with the easiest way to quantify up to 14 physical properties of their samples.

The App is simple and intuitive to use across various devices. Users will no longer need a user manual to begin a measurement.

The PowderPro software is also provided for PC users, and it is as simple as the Powder Tester App.
