InfoSpi Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISPI) announced today an important development within the process of the negotiations to acquire the business and advanced technology of Integral Bioenergies Systems, SL (IBS). This firm has developed and protected a proprietary technology process that allows the treatment of biomass/sludge obtained at sewage treatment plants.
IBS has entered into a contract with Tedagua (www.tedagua.com), a member of the ACS Group (www.acscorporate.com). Tedagua is a worldwide leader in the industry of water treatment plants operating projects in many cities of Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, China and the Middle East.
Onildo Mersing Huusmann, President and CEO of IBS, said, "This contract will allow the future use of IBS's technology in the processing and treatment of biomass/sludge obtained at sewage/water-treatment plants."
