Medflow is pleased to announce the first successful deployment of Medflow version 8.1, the company's 2014 Meaningful Use Certified version. This is a tremendous milestone and accomplishment that demonstrates the leadership role Medflow maintains in the eye care industry.
The Eye Center of Central PA went live with Medflow version 8.1 on January 1, 2014 readying the practice to report for Stage 2 Meaningful Use. This continues The Eye Center of Central PA's history of leadership in the industry, as they were the first eye care practice to successfully attest to and be paid for Stage 1 Meaningful Use.

Medflow will install the 2014 Meaningful Use Certified version, v8.1, in over 560 practices over the next three to four months. This change will standardize its entire installed client base with a software version that is enabled to satisfy every regulatory requirement including Meaningful Use Stages 1 and 2, ICD-10 and SNOMED codes.
