The Wiley 4 single-speed heavy-duty Cutting Mill features a sealed 7.75-inch diameter cutting chamber with six stationary blades and a rotating cutter head equipped with four replaceable blades. These rotate at high speed to create a shearing action that helps minimize heat buildup during milling.

Applications include biofuels, animal feed, pharmaceuticals, brewing, and more.
Samples are fed through the hopper and swept by the rotor until they are cut fine enough to pass through the selected sieve.

This mill is ideal for processing a wide variety of materials, such as plastics, animal feed, bones, cables, cardboard, electronic waste, feed pellets, foils, food, leather, mixed materials, non-ferrous metals, paper, pharmaceutical products, refuse-derived fuels, rubber, waste, wood, and others.
