New from Teledyne e2v is the Lince5M. A digital high speed image sensor, it is perfect for a huge variety of applications, from low noise, high dynamic range surveillance to high speed, high resolution machine vision.
The pixel response can be configured for either linear light response with 58 dB, or for high dynamic range piecewise linear response, with more than 100 dB dynamic range. These modes both have a global shutter operation.
Excellent Performance in a Variety of Applications
Lince5M incorporates a high speed 5.2 M CMOS active pixel image sensor that utilizes active CMOS pixels with pinned photodiodes to deliver superior image quality whilst maintaining the size, cost, and integration advantages of CMOS process. Other sensor features include a global electronic shutter and High Dynamic Range (HDR).
