Overview
Parallel bioreactor
The BioXplorer 400 features four bioreactors with working volumes ranging from 120 ml to 400 ml, specifically fine-tuned for aerobic fermentation. These bioreactors serve as the cornerstone of the bioprocessing projects, enabling users to conduct up to four parallel bioprocesses simultaneously.
The BioXplorer 400 offers a multitude of options, making it suitable for conducting detailed experiments, parallel screenings, or expediting your research.
Flexibility and control
The extensive range of probes comes with the BioXplorer 400 and allows the tracking of vital parameters for the bioprocess for in-depth characterization. The responsiveness of WinISO enables the accurate control of vital parameters in fermentation via the implementation of automated feedback loops.
BioXplorer 400 is a perfect tool for the characterization and optimization of processes. The customizable configuration of the bioreactors enables for the cautious selection of the parameters to track at the time of fermentation
Users can select between magnetic or overhead agitation in the BioXplorer 400, providing a broader range of impeller speeds. This flexibility allows the user to cultivate shear-sensitive cells at lower speeds, while higher impeller speeds enhance gas transfer for higher cell densities or product yields.
