Rhonix - a new online medical translation community forum from ENLASO

ENLASO  Corporation, a leading provider of medical and life sciences translation and localization solutions, today announced that it has launched a new social networking forum dedicated to helping improve the quality in medical and life sciences translations.

Rhonix™ is powered by ENLASO's Language Technology Center and consists of a Discussion Board, a Resource Center, a Job Center, and an Events Center. The forum is open to customer-side localization and translation professionals, their affiliates, subject matter experts, industry associations, linguists and other professionals involved in the translation and localization of medical and life sciences content.

"In a recent project postmortem meeting, one of our medical device customers asked me if I knew about existing online communities dedicated to professionals involved in the localization process of medical and life sciences content," said Yves Lang, ENLASO's Chief Sales Officer. He adds, "After conducting diligent research, we decided to launch a user friendly and secure online community dedicated to improving the quality in medical and life sciences translations."

The Rhonix™ Discussion Board features several predefined categories for users to initiate discussions. Community members are also encouraged to post educational information such as articles, white papers, case studies, and links to Webinars to the Rhonix™ Resource Center. The Job Center lets community members post résumés and job openings, and the Events Center can be used to advertise upcoming events.

"With nearly 12 years of consecutive ISO 9001 certification, ENLASO has become a trusted and dependable localization partner for many customers in the medical and life sciences industry," notes John Watkins, ENLASO's President and COO. He continues, "Launching this new online community reflects our ongoing commitment to our customers and to improving the quality in translations of medical and life sciences content."
