Clinical Healthcare Enterprise Framework to help healthcare HR for effective talent management

The first release of the Healthcare Enterprise Framework contains jobs across nursing, pharmacology, rehabilitation services, diagnostic imaging, corporate, administrative and IT job families. The library offers a total of 725 jobs, 850 competencies, and more than 36,000 supporting data elements, including behavioral statements, interview questions, learning references, development statements, coaching tips, and writing assistance for talent management.
