"The Holistic Success Show" to premiere on Web-TV

More and more people are driven beyond their limits trying to keep up with everyday life. Haunted by their desire to achieve success and happiness, they become obsessed with money, their job, and providing material possessions for their family. They strive for contentment, but find themselves exhausted and unfulfilled at the end of the day. They fail to understand what it takes to truly make them happy.

A new Web-TV show entitled "The Holistic Success Show," hosted by Dr. Robert Puff, Ph.D. and Elizabeth Lozano, M.A., will premier Wednesday, November 11 at 7PM (PST). It will air on iTunes, and on countless other web sites around the world. It will entertain and educate the viewer audience on how to achieve health, happiness and genuine success.

According to Dr. Robert Puff, author of "Holistic Health" and "Meditation for Health and Happiness," "Holistic Health is about understanding all of the many facets of life that need to be taken into consideration to experience an overarching sense of health and happiness." The show is based on this principle.

"The Holistic Success Show" focuses on exploring the various components of our lives that viewers need to address in order to experience success that is not limited to the usual financial-only definition, but is truly holistic. Topics range from exercise and nutrition, to relationship and parenting issues, to stress-management, anger-management, depression, anxiety and much more.

Viewer participation is encouraged! The viewers are welcome to send in their questions via email. The hosts will answer questions covering a broad range of topics. Discussions will focus on Holistic Health as the core principle to experiencing real, lasting happiness and success.
