London & Pacific Healthcare renamed as London Pacific & Partners

LONDON PACIFIC & PARTNERS, INC. (PINK SHEETS:LDPP) (FRANKFURT:EGU), formerly known as London & Pacific Healthcare, Inc., today announced that it has successfully changed its name to London Pacific & Partners, Inc., and is now trading on the Pink Sheets under its new symbol “LDPP.” Until today, the Company had traded under the symbol (PINK SHEETS:LDPH).

The new name, London Pacific & Partners, is a reflection of the Company’s broadening focus into additional complementary market segments. The Company recently acquired two businesses in the corporate finance and hospitality industries, adding to the Company’s original business of healthcare services. London Pacific & Partners expects to continue to examine additional cash-generative partnership possibilities for entry into additional market segments to increase profits.

The Company issued an Open Letter to Shareholders on September 21, 2009, announcing the impending name change. The Company also updated the address and content of its website in line with the name change and expanded business. The Company’s new website, www.londonpacificgroup.com will go live today.
