Architectural/engineering firm BSA LifeStructures, Inc. has opened a new office located at CityPlace in the St. Louis suburb of Creve Coeur.
BSA LifeStructures is nationally recognized for their expertise in developing workspace to facilitate healing, learning and discovery, which was a large factor in the firm's decision to expand here. A high percentage of healthcare, university and complex research facility work is found in the immediate St. Louis area, which fits well with BSA LifeStructures' core competencies and services. As confirmation, a number of strategic relationships have already been developed by the firm within Missouri, the southern Illinois region and surrounding states.
Kevin Token, a St. Louis native, is the Regional Director for the office and its surrounding markets. With over 17 years of experience as a Principal-in-Charge and lead engineer on complex projects throughout the Midwest, he is well prepared to handle this role. Token is a LEED Accredited professional engineer, who received his Master of Business Administration from Marshall University Graduate College and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is an active member of Missouri's American Society for Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and also plays a role on the Training and Education Committee for the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers.
Token stated that, "BSA LifeStructures' presence in St. Louis has already proven to be beneficial from a number of perspectives. We pride ourselves on being a service-oriented firm, and with our St. Louis office, we are now better equipped to proactively respond to our clients' changing needs in person. As our strategic partnerships with clients in this part of the country continue to expand, we feel we can more effectively collaborate with them through our physical presence in St. Louis."
