One-day conference focuses on effective strategies for treating autism

Nourishing Hope, an autism wellness advocacy organization in San Francisco, will be hosting the Autism: Hope in Action Conference on January 30, 2010 at the South San Francisco Conference Center from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Learn more at www.AutismHopeInAction.com.

This one-day conference will present today’s most effective strategies used to treat and heal children from some and/or all of the devastating effects of autism; including Early Intervention Protocols, Medications, Essential Autism Diets, Fundamental Supplements & Nutrition and Parent Successes.

The event will feature Dr. Kurt Woeller, Medical Director - Stillpoint Center for Integrative Medicine, Julie Matthews, autism nutrition specialist and President of Nourishing Hope, Stan Kurtz, a father who has recovered his son from autism.

Parents will gain actionable information that is based on clinical experience and sound science, they will learn how to take better, and more results-oriented, control of their child’s autism treatment.

Presentations will focus on current physician-recommended medications that are effectively being used to treat autism along with essential supplements, necessary special autism diets and nutrition changes required for healing. Parents will gain a firm understanding from Dr. Woeller and Julie Matthews on how they can immediately help their children and ensure that they are receiving the safest and most effective treatment options available.
