Conversion of stock units during February 2010 leads to number of changes in Artimplant AB

With reference to Chapter 4, Section 9 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (SFS 1991:980), it is hereby announced that conversion of Series A stock units to Series B stock units during February 2010 has lead to the below changes in the number of stock units and votes in Artimplant AB (STO:ARTIB).

Before conversion: Series A stock units 593,750, Series B stock units 58,651,040, total number of stock units 59,244,790 and total number of votes 64,588,540.

Decrease due to conversion: Series A stock units 18,750

Increase due to conversion: Series B stock units 18,750

After conversion: Series A stock units 575,000, Series B stock units 58,669,790, total number of stock units 59,244,790 and total number of votes 64,419,790.
