Post Acute Medical purchases Northshore Specialty Hospital

Post Acute Medical (the "Company") today announced the purchase of Northshore Specialty Hospital, a 58-bed, Long Term Acute Care Hospital.  

The LTACH meets the needs of medically complex patients that require sophisticated post-acute treatment in the greater St. Tammany region, including Washington Parish and Tangipahoa Parish. "We are pleased with our continued development efforts that include the expansion into Louisiana. Post Acute Medical operates LTACHs and Rehabilitation Hospitals in San Antonio, Texas, Luling, Texas, and Victoria, Texas, with additional development projects underway in San Antonio and Victoria," according to Anthony Misitano and Brad Hollinger, principals and co-managing directors of Post Acute Medical Corp, LLC.

"Patients and families have trusted their post-acute healthcare to Post Acute Medical and its subsidiary, Warm Springs Rehabilitation System, for over 70 years and we look forward to continuing the tradition to better meet the high acuity post-acute needs of the Northshore and greater St. Tammany Region, including Washington and Tangipahoa Parishes, as well as all the markets we serve.
