Mach One completes “Definitive Agreement” for merger and acquisition of White Hat Brands

Mach One Corporation (OTCBB: MNCN), a global wellness solutions company, today announced the completion of a “Definitive Agreement” for the terms and conditions for the merger and acquisition of White Hat Brands, LLC, producers of a variety of all natural, multi-vitamin-fortified juice beverages for children under the brand name Dog On It!™. The completion date for the merger is set at March 31, 2010 “The merger of White Hat into Mach One will strengthen the Company in many ways, not the least of which will be the added volume and new markets that will be opened” said Steve Grubner, President.

The management team will be expanded to five members including Kevin P. Quirk, President and CEO of White Hat, Chris Olivier, VP of Marketing, & Don Lux, VP of Operations. The Board will also be expanded to nine and will include Gilbert Peter, former Chairman of the Board of White Hat, Kevin P.
