ASR to present new Kidz-Med 5-in-1 Non-Contact Thermometer at NACDS Marketplace

American Scientific Resources, Inc. (the "Company" or "ASR") (Pink Sheets: ASFX) announces today that the Company is set to present retailers with its new Kidz-Med 5-in-1 Non-Contact Thermometer at NACDS Marketplace June 5-8, 2010 in San Diego, CA.

NACDS (National Association of Chain Drug Stores) Marketplace is the premier annual retail event that retailers utilize to specifically meet with companies to find new and innovative products to bring to their stores in time for the 2010/2011 seasons.

Members of ASR's senior management team and advisors will be meeting with leading pharmacy chains and retailers.  

While at NACDS, the company will be involved in high visibility programs including Meet the Market and Retailer Relay, with features in the Marketplace Product Showcase as well as advertisements in Drug Store News.

ASR will be at booth #1907 along with the Company's sales and marketing team, The Greenwood Group.  The state of the art trade show booth provides ASR and its brands with high visibility on the highest traffic aisle at the show.

ASR's upcoming presence at NACDS follows the company's successful presentations at ECRM Cough Cold show held this past March in Dallas. This week, the Company is attending the ECRM Exports show in Miami, Florida.

The combined presence at NACDS, ECRM Cough Cold and ECRM Export now puts ASR and its brands in front of up to 100,000 points of distribution.
