SunTech Medical named Rookie Vendor of the Year

SunTech Medical was named 'Rookie Vendor of the Year' at Medline Industries, Inc.'s annual meeting for their HealthCare sales division in Montgomery, Texas. SunTech supplies Medline with the 247 Diagnostic Station, a blood pressure device that can also serve as a vital signs monitor, which Medline distributes to nursing homes and hospitals across the United States.

“This award is truly an honor for us”

"This award is truly an honor for us," says Dayn McBee, CEO at SunTech. "Medline's focus on customer and vendor collaboration makes them an industry leader and working with them has been extremely rewarding. We view this award as the beginning of a successful partnership with Medline and look forward to providing our world-class blood pressure technologies to help their customers deliver the best possible patient care."

The SunTech® 247™ Diagnostic Station provides an affordable replacement for manual blood pressure devices with the potential to measure other vital signs as well. A unique modular design allows customers to configure the unit to their specific needs and budgets. The base unit can measure blood pressure automatically or manually using SphygMode™. Other parameters, such as temperature and SpO2, can be added at any time. Additionally, the SunTech 247 comes in a variety of mounting options to accommodate multiple workflow environments.

"Medline is thrilled to have a partner that is so established in blood pressure technology and shares our vision of the market potential for the SunTech 247 in both the acute care and long term care markets," says Jennifer Szabo, Director of Marketing for Medline's Preferred Healthcare Division. "The tremendous increase in sales since the product launch reflects the fact that the 247 addresses the clinical needs of our customers. It's offered at a price point that helps our customers increase their efficiencies and makes sense to their bottom line. We look forward to a long, healthy and successful partnership."
