Illustrated plastic surgery application for iPad

Now there's a richly illustrated plastic surgery app written specifically for the iPad. An intuitive new application, developed by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Denenberg, displays hundreds of before and after photos, tells you what it's like to have surgery, and lets you contact Dr. Denenberg for a free online consultation.

"The iPad is the next powerful communication tool," Dr. Denenberg said. "Its gorgeous display lets us present huge photos, and its touch screen makes the app fun and easy to navigate."

Dr. Denenberg is a facial plastic surgeon trained at Harvard and Stanford. Double board certified and in practice since 1985, Dr. Denenberg has been listed as one of America's Top Doctors by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. every year since 2001. He attracts an international clientele with patients from over 50 countries. Dr. Denenberg's Web site, FacialSurgery.com, is one of the most visited plastic surgery sites on the Web, and has been recognized in Vogue and W magazines.

For those who are interested, the app also shows how the operations are performed. The app contains its own fascinating electronic book: over 200 pages of text, diagrams, and photos taken in the operating room.

Entitled "Facial Plastic Surgery: Before and Afters," the app is available by searching the App Store for "Denenberg" or "plastic surgery," or by going to http://www.App33.com, which contains screenshots and instructions for using the app, and a link to the app's page on the iTunes store. The app also runs on the iPhone and the iPod touch.
