MJO Staffing, Inc. and U.S. Colleges of Health & Human Services announced today the creation of a strategic alliance. This business collaboration is designed to expand the opportunities for both students and recent graduates with additional internship and externship programs while teaming up with MJO Staffing Inc. to expand their employee pool of qualified talent. MJO Staffing will track the professional progression of experience for graduates maximizing their placement opportunities into a rewarding career. Partner Employers will benefit from the alliance through MJO staffing Inc. as they also offer a wide variety of Human Resource Services including temporary staffing, payroll services, human resource outsourcing, contingent labor consulting, seasonal staffing, direct hire and job sourcing. Employers who opt to participate will see added value and reduced employee acquisition costs.
"This gives MJO Staffing a Unique Strategic Advantage in the staffing industry resulting in a solid differentiator that enhances growth and career opportunities for our associates, clients and ourselves," said MJO, VP of Operations, David Osborne. This would include the ability to offer prospective clients with the opportunity for special programs to train the right candidate after a period of supervised and directed externship placements while offering MJO the opportunity to develop a working relationship with a new/prospective client. This is really an added value program. The collaboration can also develop specific training programs or modules designed specifically for the needs of MJO clients and community employers.
"Students are our number one priority and if we can train and educate appropriately we will place more graduates and that's what MJO can help us do," said Kim Esquerre, Executive Director for U.S. Colleges. The schools hope to see a rise in admissions as a result of the alliance and some employers already work to expand training through the schools.
An Alumni Registration Day and Open House is set for July 23rd, 2010 from 10:00 AM and ending at 2:00 PM all experienced business office professionals are encouraged to attend at the Anaheim Campus located at 1380 S. Sanderson Avenue, Suite 100 Anaheim, CA 91806.
