SecureWorks cited leader in managed security services by Forrester

Atlanta-based SecureWorks®, Inc., a leading global provider of security services protecting 2,900 clients worldwide, announced today that the company was one of only two "leaders" cited in The Forrester Wave™: Managed Security Services, Q3 2010 report (August 2010). SecureWorks was among 11 select Managed Security Services (MSS) providers that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in the study.

Forrester evaluated the 11 MSS providers' current offerings and strategy against 78 criteria. SecureWorks was among the vendors that received top ratings in several categories: including value proposition, vertical and geographic footprint, and infrastructure and perimeter.

SecureWorks also received the highest score possible in the category of client references and Forrester stated that "SecureWorks has great client feedback and an excellent support structure to enable and support its delivery teams." Forrester also suggested that "Security organizations searching for a highly flexible and responsive MSSP that provides focused security services with a wealth of experience should look toward SecureWorks."  

This flexibility is illustrated in SecureWorks' broad range of services and service delivery options including fully-managed, co-managed, monitored or On-demand solutions.
