LCA-Vision Inc. (Nasdaq: LCAV), a leading provider of laser vision correction services under the LasikPlus® brand, today announced its partnership with the Fisher House Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and providing a "home away from home" for military families while their loved ones are hospitalized for an illness, disease or injury.
This unique partnership will benefit eligible American soldiers and veterans injured during their deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan who are members of the Wounded Warrior Project. Through this partnership, Fisher House Foundation will provide free airfare for soldiers, spouses and/or their primary caregivers for travel to LasikPlus® vision centers, where LCA-Vision / LasikPlus® will provide laser vision correction free of charge.
