WHO: Dr. Mark Alain Dery, a practicing internist with Tulane University Medical School who specializes in infectious diseases. He treated Katrina survivors and recently treated earthquake survivors in Haiti. Dr. Rani Whitfield, a practicing primary care physician, who treated patients who lost everything in the wake of Katrina. He also can speak about the HIV/AIDS epidemic following Katrina.
