ProBuild Company LLC, one of the nation's largest suppliers of building materials to professional contractors, continued its commitment to further cancer and diabetes research by hosting its 2010 Charity Golf Tournament at The Omni Interlocken Resort and Hotel in Broomfield, Colo. ProBuild and its supply partners from across the Rocky Mountain Region together raised more than $275,000 for City of Hope, one of the nation's leading research and treatment centers for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases.
“Along with Habitat for Humanity and HomeAid, we have made this hospital one of the focus charities for ProBuild, because it does such important work that touches so many lives”
"ProBuild has supported City of Hope's groundbreaking clinical trials and innovative patient care since 2000 with a goal to raise at least $2 million by its centennial anniversary in 2013," said Bill Myrick, ProBuild's president and chief executive officer. ProBuild's efforts with nine successful golf tournaments have already raised more than $1.25 million for City of Hope.
"Along with Habitat for Humanity and HomeAid, we have made this hospital one of the focus charities for ProBuild, because it does such important work that touches so many lives," added Myrick.
