    Notice the AOL headine posted above:  Staggering Increase in California Blue Shield Insurance Rates!   This is happening everywhere with Obamacare, but still Dem supporters claim that adding tens of millions (many non-voluntarily)to coverage plans actually comes out cheaper--obviously, the ones who provide the insurance know better, as common sense confirms.
