Vitalitec announces acquisition of Novare's ENCLOSE II Anastomosis Assist Device

Vitalitec International, Inc., Plymouth, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the ENCLOSE II Anastomosis Assist Device from Novare Surgical Systems, Inc.  The ENCLOSE II Anastomosis Assist Device was developed by Thomas Fogarty, MD, and is designed to assist surgeons in performing "off pump" Coronary Artery Bypass Procedures.

Vitalitec International, Inc. is a subsidiary of the Vitalitec Surgical Group, headquartered in Domalain, France.  Vitalitec manufactures and markets specialty surgical instrumentation and implants for Vascular and Cardio-Vascular Surgeries with a focus on surgical procedures performed using minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Vitalitec was formed in 1991 and produces products in the United States, France, Germany, and Brazil.  Vitalitec products are sold throughout the world, through direct and specialty distributor sales organizations.

Vitalitec's steady growth has come from both internal developments and carefully selected strategic acquisitions.  Vitalitec continues to seek other strategic niche products that fit into our product portfolio.
