TMS moves its headquarters to Primera Office Park in Lake Mary, Fla

Total Medical Solutions (TMS) has moved its headquarters into a 10,000-square-foot space in the Primera Office Park in Lake Mary, Fla.

"We see this as an investment in our clients, and the data infrastructure was the primary focus of the move," said Cara Barde, president of TMS, which provides complex care products and services for the workers' compensation industry. Underground power lines, generators in the building, an extremely secure data center, and the capability to implement a new Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone system attracted TMS. "The infrastructure enables us to do video conferences with our clients and to present educational webinars," she added.

The Class-A space provides an attractive and secure environment for TMS employees as well. "Cameras monitor the parking lot and building and we're right across the street from the Sheriff's Annex, which is especially important for employees who serve West Coast clients and leave later at night," Barde added.

The building has a café and a gym, where TMS employees can continue their employee-driven healthy workforce initiative. "We also have room to grow," Barde said, noting that the space is 3,000 square feet larger than TMS' previous location at 1280 Upsala Road in Sanford.
