Dehaier Medical enters distribution agreement with Shanghai Haopu for eVent's inspiration ventilators

Dehaier Medical Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: DHRM) ("Dehaier" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in the development, assembly, marketing and sale of medical devices and homecare medical products in China, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Shanghai Haopu Medical Instruments Co. Ltd. to become a regional distributor of eVent Medical's inspiration ventilator in the Chinese market.

Under the agreement, Dehaier will sell eVent's inspiration ventilators to hospitals, clinics and medical facilities through its direct sales force and nationwide network of over 2,000 dealers and distributors.

"Continued expansion of our portfolio of agent products is a key growth engine for our medical device business. The addition of new, high-quality products such as the eVent ventilator allows us to address new segments of the market, while creating potential inroads for our branded medical devices and homecare products. We believe Shanghai Haopu's choice of Dehaier is further evidence of our strong industry reputation and our efficient sales distribution network," said Mr. Ping Chen, CEO of Dehaier.
