"HOW TO RECOVER YOUR NATIVE BLOOD PRESSURE - An Easy Way to Lower Your Blood Pressure in 10 Minutes" was published online today by Brahm of San Diego, California. The 10-page booklet describes how taking gentle shallow breaths when sitting or lying down causes the heart to pump less blood per minute, lowering blood pressure. Brahm claims it is easy to make gentle shallow breathing a habit and permanently lower blood pressure. Over months, he says, gentle shallow breathing can lower a person's blood pressure to a "native blood pressure" of roughly 105/70.
For scientists and doctors, the booklet also contains a technical introduction to the breathing minute volume/blood pressure mechanism.
