Ciming Health Checkup Group and Institute for Health and Productivity Management (IHPM) are pleased to announce their formal collaboration in the field of Enterprise Health Management, for the purpose of bringing health and productivity solutions to employers in China.
IHPM's and Ciming's collaborative efforts will be made under the aegis of dual organizations located in the United States and China. The China - U.S. Institute for Health Security & Human Resource Productivity (CUSI) will be located in the "Cloud" Health Industrial Park at Ciming's national corporate headquarters in Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China (PRC). CUSI also will have branch offices at Ciming's regional headquarters in Dalian, PRC, and will serve as the operations and consulting organization for clients in China.
The Institute for Human Resources & Health Security (IHRHS) is located at IHPM's corporate offices in Scottsdale, Arizona, and serves as a research and development center for HPM (Health and Productivity Management) and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) products and services to be brought to the Chinese market. The new Institute also will develop programs for conferences and forums in China and throughout the Asia Pacific region, as well as establish relationships with Western companies interested in working with Ciming and IHPM in China.
The agreement to establish the new collaboration was signed by Dr. Hu Bo, Chairman of Ciming Group and Sean Sullivan, JD, President & CEO of IHPM at the Sino-US Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum January 21, 2011 in Chicago, Illinois. Also present at the signing was Deborah Love, IHPM's Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, who serves as the Institute's International Liaison. The IHRHS was established officially at a signing ceremony in Scottsdale April 29, 2011, involving Yihan Hu, a board member of Ciming and Sean Sullivan, JD, IHPM's President & CEO.
Dr. Jie Li, Ciming's Chief Medical Expert based in Shanghai, and Sean Sullivan made a joint presentation on Bringing Health Solutions to China Through Enterprise Health Management at IHPM's 11th Annual International Health & Productivity Conference in Orlando, Florida, April 4-6, 2011. At next year's 12th Annual International Health & Productivity Conference, April 2-4 in Orlando, Ciming and IHPM will host a special half day of strategic sessions for employers and providers on the health and productivity marketplace and the economics of health care in China and the Asia Pacific region.
