Novis opens fifth office location in San Luis Obispo

Novis Pharmaceuticals, a leading distributor of critical care products, has officially opened their fifth office location in San Luis Obispo, California.  With more than 30 years of industry experience, Novis' aggressive plan to expand their national presence continues to move forward with news of this location opening.  Placed strategically between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Novis believes this will help capture parts of the regional market.

The task of opening the new office was assigned to the new Vice President of Business Development, Robert Mankins.  Mankins brings more than 20 years of experience in sales management, business development and strategic planning and has worked for two of the "big three" pharmaceutical companies, Cardinal Health and Bergen Brunswig Drug Company.  Mankins noted that "Novis continues to bring advanced technologies into the critical care market with products like bar code scanning, trace and track and one of their our newest launches, RxID.  The combination of advanced technology for our customers and well equipped work spaces that allow employees to do their jobs well will be factors in the future success of Novis."  This building represents everything Novis has hoped for. "I believe from a recruiting and retention standpoint as well as the representation of our brand to our manufacturing partners, trading partners and customers, we will all be proud to claim this building as a regional home and extension to our daily efforts," states Mankins.  The design and layout capture not only the aesthetic quality that is a Novis standard, but the workflow and interaction space that is paramount to maximize efficiency.  One of Novis' goals for employees is for them to "love where you work." Mankins and his team are confident this new addition to the Novis offices will uphold that vision.
