Lixiu, BIEL announce distribution agreement for RecoveryRx devices

BioElectronics Corporation. (OTC-PINK: BIEL), the maker of inexpensive, disposable drug-free topical pain and healing devices, today announced an agreement with Shanghai Lixiu Medical Devices Co., Ltd. – a subsidiary of Shanghai SuoKang Medical Implants Co., Ltd. -- to sell BIEL's RecoveryRx™, chronic wound and surgical devices, throughout the People's Republic of China to licensed medical providers.

Lixiu is a premier company engaged in the sales of medical devices.  Lixiu successfully registered and marketed SuoKang's medical implants and surgical patch for the treatment of facial tissues defects and deformities, to more than 1,400 medical institutions throughout China. In collaboration with BIEL, Lixiu will also provide extensive clinical research for BIEL in China, where the Company has extensive patent coverage.

BIEL also recently announced that it has retained the services of Orian Healthcare (www.orianhealthcare.com) to be its sales agent in the Middle East.  Based in the United Kingdom, Orian Healthcare has displayed a proven ability to build brand and reach consumers in new and developing markets.  Also, BIEL has signed a distribution agreement with Juno Pharmaceuticals, India (www.junopharm.com), which was recently formed by experienced Indian and Canadian private equity fund managers to focus on global opportunities for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
