SeKON Enterprise, Inc., a leader in enterprise business applications and management consulting, announced today that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has awarded the company a contract under its Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) restricted solicitation.

CIO-SP3 is a 10-year, $20 billion federal government-wide acquisition contract that can be used by civilian agencies and Department of Defense agencies to purchase a wide range of information technology services. The SeKON team, which includes 18 companies, won the CIO-SP3 award, 8(a) category.

SeKON and its partners will compete for awards on 8 of the 10 task areas covered by CIO-SP3. The SeKON team is qualified for IT services for biomedical research, health sciences and healthcare; chief information officer support; outsourcing; IT operations and maintenance; integration services, critical infrastructure protection and information assurance, digital government and enterprise resource management.
