Conifer Health to provide comprehensive revenue cycle management operations for TAH

Conifer Health Solutions, a leader in business process management solutions for healthcare providers, has reached an agreement to provide comprehensive revenue cycle management operations for Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) of Titusville, Pennsylvania.

Under the terms of the agreement Conifer Health will support TAH by managing their revenue cycle operations, providing the people, processes, and related critical infrastructure to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of patient access, health information management and patient financial service operations.

Anthony Nasralla, FACHE, president and chief executive officer, Titusville Area Hospital, said, "In preparation for health care reform changes, including new federal regulations and mandated changes related to reimbursement, we discovered a clear need to invest in substantial resources for staffing, technology, and finances far beyond our current capabilities.

"Conifer Health can deliver scale, knowledge, and technology that is impossible for us to even consider duplicating ourselves," commented Nasralla. "With Conifer Health's partnership, we will have the ability to leverage centralized and standardized processes and technology, access depth of resources, and incorporate best practices to achieve greater revenue capture and operational efficiencies."

Conifer Health will utilize its revenue cycle management expertise and investment in proprietary processes and technology to maximize yield for the Titusville Area Hospital, which in turn will allow them to focus on their mission of delivering high-quality healthcare and superior patient and physician experiences.

"We appreciate the trust Titusville Area Hospital has demonstrated in choosing Conifer Health as their revenue cycle partner," said Stephen Mooney, president and chief executive officer of Conifer Health Solutions. "We look forward to delivering positive financial results, which will help Titusville Area Hospital exceed the healthcare needs of the Titusville community."
