Crothall Healthcare announces acquisition of Coppell

Crothall Healthcare of Wayne, Pennsylvania, announced its acquisition of Coppell, Texas-based CREST Services, a national leader in medical equipment maintenance. The transaction was finalized on December 20, 2012.

"We are excited about adding CREST Services to Crothall's clinical equipment solutions (CES) operating division," said Crothall Healthcare President Steve Carpenter. "CREST is a well-known, high-quality Clinical Equipment service company with strong leadership. We believe that our cultures align and that the people of CREST Services will become valuable additions to our teams."

"I saw Crothall Healthcare as a great fit for CREST Services," commented CREST President Brian Montgomery. "I am convinced that our employees will have ample opportunity to grow within Crothall, and that this decision will take us all to the next level. Together, we will be able to realize a number of competitive advantages within the marketplace."

The addition of CREST will materially increase Crothall's CES footprint. With CREST customer base throughout the United States and a large concentration in Texas and the Southwest, the acquisition aligns with the Crothall CES strategy to successfully grow clinical equipment solutions and expand its diagnostic imaging capabilities.
