At this week’s Digestive Disease Week (DDW), the world’s largest gathering of physicians and researchers in the gastroenterology field, six abstracts and other clinical data will be presented on Cook Medical products. Cook’s EchoTip® ProCore™ High Definition Ultrasound Biopsy needles are featured in many of these presentations.
“We’re always happy to see our products discussed at such an important physician meeting,” said Barry Slowey, global leader of Cook Medical’s Endoscopy division. “All the discussion around our EchoTip ProCore needles is especially promising, because endoscopic ultrasound is going to become even more vital to the correct diagnosis of GI cancers in the coming years.”
Cook Medical will be showing the EchoTip ProCore line of needles at their booth, #532, along with products in the hemostasis, stenting and biliary areas of gastroenterology. Cook is also offering a skills lab in which physicians can receive hands-on training from clinical specialists.
