Psychotherapist discovers effective behavioral psychology approach to treat relationship stress

Counselor Robert A. Moylan, LCPC has discovered through forty years of psychology research and life experience the simplest and most effective behavioral psychology approach currently available in the world to treat addictions, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, and personality disorders. His book for adults, "Emotional Core Therapy" is currently the top rated book on Amazon.com in two different categories: "Mental Health" and "Emotions".  Emotional Core Therapy is also rated # 4 in the category of "Health, Fitness and Dieting". (Do a Google search under "Amazon Top Rated The Best in Emotions and Mental Health" to see rankings of self help books.) Moylan's Emotional Core Therapy approach is the simplest and most effective behavioral treatment available worldwide to treat most relationship stress.

Emotional Core Therapy is much simpler and more effective than the 12 Steps. The Emotional Core Therapy book is currently ranked higher on Amazon than "Dialectical Behavior Skills Workbook", "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook", "Mood Therapy", " Codependent No More" and "The Depression Cure".

On Amazon.com you can find Moylan's radio interview/blog/ and video on Emotional Core Therapy. Included is a radio interview on his books and approach from world renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Peter Breggin, who has written 17 books on psychiatry and psychology.  Moylan has an audio and visual tape of the radio interview on his show which was on the National Progressive Network. You can hear and see him discuss his ECT Process by going to my Amazon.com author home page. Both of his adult and teen books have a combined 200 positive reviews. These reviews include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors as well as folks from all walks of life who love the way Moylan's approach empowers people and helps them live a life filled with passion and energy. You can also check Moylan's LinkedIn profile, where hundreds of psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, social workers, and everyday professionals have endorsed his innovative psychological approach to treating mental health issues.

Moylan has had excellent results treating clients with a variety of relationship issues including depression, anxiety, anger, addictions, personality disorders, and childhood trauma with his books. His Emotional Core Therapy approach is simpler than all the leading therapeutic approaches (Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) because it has clients learn from their relationships and emotions. Not disconnect from them. Moylan recently had the opportunity to present his approach to 37 therapists and mental health professionals at Edward Hospital in Naperville for Continuing Education credit. The participants received my ECT approach very well and were excited to learn a new approach to psychology. Moylan also presented his teen book, "Emotional Core Therapy for Adolescents" to three Chicago Schools and received rave reviews.

In this day and age of worldwide conflict, Moylan has a strong commitment to better the world and make it a more peaceful place. The psychology field can unite us as human beings if we work together and educate teens and adults on learning to really love themselves and love others.

The press and media outlets can email the author at Email for a free copy of both books.

Moylan also will be available to explain the ECT process at no charge via phone to the press and media if clarification is needed once you have read the book. He will also explain, free of charge, how his approach is simpler and more effective than any other behavioral approach currently available worldwide. Also included will be a short four-minute video explaining Moylan's approach as well as an extensive examination of how much simpler and more effective his approach is than the twelve steps.

Lastly, remember that knowledge is power! You and your loved ones all have been hurt and in pain from emotional stress of some kind from a relationship. It is only human nature to be a bit "stressed out" from time to time. Well, here is your chance to get a copy of the simplest and most effective behavioral treatment available in the world.
