Everyday Health, Inc. (NYSE: EVDY) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,150,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. A total of 5,360,000 shares are being offered by Everyday Health, and a total of 1,790,000 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,072,500 shares of common stock from Everyday Health. Everyday Health will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 28, 2014 under the symbol "EVDY." The offering is expected to close on April 2, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
