Unilife submits 10-Q report for first quarter of FY 2015

Unilife Corporation ("Unilife" or "Company") (NASDAQ: UNIS; ASX: UNS), a developer and supplier of injectable drug delivery systems, today announced that it has submitted for filing its 10-Q report for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2015 ending September 30, 2014.

Due to Veteran's Day in the U.S., the Securities Exchange Commission ("SEC)" is closed today. The 10-Q will be available publicly on Wednesday morning prior to market open. As an interim measure, the Company has placed the 10-Q onto its website where it may be accessed at http://ir.unilife.com or via this link.
