Aurora Resurgence announces acquisition of Cardiac Science assets

Aurora Resurgence, an affiliate of Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm managing over $2 billion of assets, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Cardiac Science Corporation in a court-approved sale. Cardiac Science is a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for the public access, education, police, and fire and rescue markets.
