Johnson & Johnson Institute offers professional education to help clinical and
administrative healthcare professionals adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare environment
Johnson & Johnson today announced that its Family of Companies has formed the Johnson & Johnson Institute to provide comprehensive professional education focused on helping healthcare professionals improve outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and reduce costs in a value-based care environment.The curriculum includes on-site classes, virtual reality, and app-based surgical simulation training to help clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals address the demands of today’s health care delivery system in developed as well as emerging markets, such as Brazil and China.

The Johnson & Johnson Institute brings together 26 professional education facilities and a network of online education and collaborative partnerships across multiple specialties to deliver innovative educational programming to enhance and expand upon what health care professionals learned in medical school. To overcome barriers to educational access in remote areas, the Johnson & Johnson Institute will offer some of its classes in smaller satellite locations.
