Automatic testing system to perform 8 different functional tests on pharmaceutical auto injectors: (1) safety cap removal test, (2) determining the needle shield force, (3) measuring the activation force of the trigger button, (4) error analysis of the needle tip with and HD camera, (5) measuring the ejection time, (6) determining the ejected needle length, (7) click detection during injection (microphone), (8) automated detection of the fluid container and of the maximum fluid volume, synchronized data analysis with Zwick´s testing software testXpert II, expanded traceability according to FDA 21 CFR Part 11
