Clearly, the government picked the wrong people to manage this project and it was a terrible decision to fragment it among so many contractors. Anyone who's ever been involved in creating a new computer application knows that you don't just assemble the thing and then see if it works. FDA to phase out all inhaler medical products containing CFCs by Dec. 31

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will complete its phase-out of all inhaler medical products containing chlorofluorocarbons by Dec. 31, 2013. This effort is to comply with an international treaty to protect the ozone layer by phasing out the worldwide production of numerous substances, including CFCs, which contribute to ozone depletion.
