Courtney Garner graduated from University of York with a BA in English and an MA in Film and Literature. Courtney's academic interests are varied, and she studied a range of modules from medieval literature to American film. Her theses specialised in post-war French literature. She also enjoyed editing the culture section of a student publication and working on a creative writing anthology.
Courtney has previously worked for a technology company and as the digital editor of a science and technology publication, where she particularly enjoyed creating content on AI, nanotechnology, and psychology. Courtney is continuing her career in the science marketing industry as an Editor at AZo Network.
Outside of the office, Courtney's personal interests include reading novels, travelling, and music. She has just started volunteering with a local community care project.
