Greenway Medical Technologies Inc. recently announced the launch of its community healthcare IT solution, PrimeEnterprise, which enables a community of Greenway((R)) customers to securely and seamlessly share select clinical, financial and administrative data.
PrimeEnterprise, part of Greenway's integrated physician's infrastructure that includes the single-database electronic health record (EHR), practice management and interoperability solution, PrimeSuite((R)), also offers "Enterprise search" and "quick connect" features that enable enterprise users to search for a specific patient within the healthcare community and electronically access critical patient information regardless of the information's location.
With PrimeEnterprise, all patient information within the enterprise system can be managed securely and actual patient chart access can be granted based on user-rights. The establishment of an enterprise master patient index (EMPI) and the associated sharing of clinical information amongst participating physicians can also be facilitated through PrimeEnterprise.
