PureSafety's OHM solutions at Salem Hospital

Salem Hospital, a 464-acute care non-profit hospital that operates the busiest emergency department in Oregon, has partnered with PureSafety to utilize the company’s Occupational Health Manager® (OHM) solutions to streamline the hospital’s occupational health and medical management processes.

“We recognized that in order to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our data management, we needed to replace our archaic software,” said Dave Dery, manager of employee health at Salem Hospital. “We are especially excited about OHM’s medical surveillance feature and the professional look of the software site.”

OHM is able to improve workflow, streamline tasks, ensure accuracy and boost profitability across key areas including safety and medical management, clinic and case management, and analysis and reporting.

“Salem Hospital’s challenge was to ensure accuracy within its data management,” said Marshall Martin, executive vice president and general manager, Workforce and Occupational Health Management Solutions at PureSafety. “Their legacy system could not guarantee this and was burdensome to staff. OHM’s tools will enable them to improve this accuracy while increasing business performance, preventing incidents and injuries, and most importantly, promoting optimal health.”
