Twelve organizations receive RealSolutions awards at Hyland Software's annual OTTC

With organizations tackling mounting workloads with fewer resources, many are being forced to find ways to become more efficient and cut costs. Enterprise content management (ECM) software, like OnBase, can help by eliminating paper, manual tasks and sometimes entire steps from processes (http://onbase.com/English/Products/OnBaseProductModules). But for some organizations - government agencies, healthcare providers, insurers, and even mountain resorts - OnBase is more than just a cost cutter and way to improve efficiency. It also results in better run businesses with happier and more satisfied employees and customers. For applying OnBase in new and unique ways to do these very things, 12 organizations were honored with RealSolutions awards at Hyland Software's annual OnBase Training & Technology Conference (OTTC).

"This year's winners show how the right technology can make a major difference during even the toughest of times," said Bill Priemer, chief operating officer for Hyland Software. "And, they prove that a single technology can be used to successfully solve problems across a broad number of industries and departments. For some, it's about automating and significantly shortening insurance claims processes. To others, it's about making sure citizens are satisfied by having instant access to requested information. Collectively, it's about how OnBase is helping organizations worldwide to become more successful."
