America's Minority Health Network achieves first milestone, performs 100th installation

AMHN, Inc., (OTCBB:AMHN), parent company of America’s Minority Health Network, Inc., announced today that its network reached its first milestone by completing its 100th installation. America's Minority Health Network, Inc. is a place-based provider of digital video education for medical practices that primarily serve minorities.

America’s Minority Health Network, Inc. has established itself as the sole provider of digital video education specifically designed and delivered to minority markets. Management projects that the Company will increase its number of subscribing locations to 1,000 by year end 2010. Although currently targeting health practices with a primary concentration of African-American patients, the Company's business plan seeks future expansion into the Hispanic market.

Each location is covered under a three-year subscription which includes the digital media system, installation and servicing of the equipment, and updated programming at no charge to the subscribing office. Programming is delivered in high definition using the existing high-speed Internet connection in each office and is broadcast on a 32" LCD monitor. All educational segments include full audio/video and on-screen subtitles in either English or Spanish.

Bob Cambridge, President of AMHN, stated, "We are extremely pleased to reach our 100th installation. As our network expands to 1,000 locations, it will provide recurring advertising revenues from companies seeking to reach our desired minority target market. We believe that we will achieve our 1,000th installation sometime before the end of 2010.
