USTeleradiology achieves Joint Commission accreditation for second time

USTeleradiology, LLC's reaccreditation survey by The Joint Commission was completed on September 10, 2009 with USTeleradiology achieving Joint Commission accreditation - the gold standard within the health care field - for the second time.

"UST has experienced significant growth over the past few years and we attribute that growth to the loyalty of our clients, the dedication of our physicians, and the commitment of our staff. Physician to physician communication, the best technology, and a culture of care, communication, and quality allows UST to attract and retain the practices and facilities that entrust us with the care of their patients. For this we are most honored and thankful. The Gold Seal of Approval(TM) of The Joint Commission is a reflection of the commitment of care for each patient here at USTeleradiology," says Francis A. Ferraro, MD, President and CEO of USTeleradiology.

The Joint Commission's on-site survey process is a rigorous test that examines the total level of quality care provided by healthcare organizations. USTeleradiology is proud to say that they have once again been recognized as a leader in the field of teleradiology.
