Investors details for initial television advertising campaign to be provided by Muscle Flex

Muscle Flex Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MFLI) (www.MuscleFlexInc.com) announced today it is providing investors details for the initial television advertising campaign for the Beagle StepFit™ Pedometer. The initial test advertising campaign will begin on December 7 and run nationally over several cable stations. Stations include:

Cable Station Households Discovery Health 65 Million FIT TV 38.6 Million Gameshow 63 Million HMC 5 Million LMN 53.6 Million Planet Green 50 Million Travel 87.4 Million

Muscle Flex will run 1 and 2 minute Beagle StepFit spots distributed at various times throughout each day of the week. The media launch for the Beagle StepFit was moved back a week as the week of November 30 could have resulted in the potential of having media spots pre-empted due to the density of advertising for the holiday shopping season. Accurate data is critical for the initial TV ad campaign so any modifications can be implemented with the most reliable data available.

The busiest time for the direct response business begins in early January and goes through into the early Spring and it is this time frame in which Muscle Flex intends to maximize its revenue growth potential for both the Beagle StepFit™ (www.BuyTheBeagle.com) and BUDDY Table Caddy™ (www.GetTheBUDDY.com) commercials. Additional Muscle Flex products and commercials are planned in early in 2010, details of which shall be provided shortly.
