Final award winners will be announced on the eve of the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona, on February 14th 2010. The winning entries will then be invited by the partner cities to pilot their solution in a real-life environment for evaluation. This ultimately enables winning Showcases to share best practices, best technologies, innovative business models and user experiences internationally.
